Achieve Coherent Heart Rhythms to Relieve Stress

When we are experiencing stress our state of being is contracted and small which makes it difficult to think about anything other than the stress we're experiencing in that moment.

However, the only way to relieve that stress is to expand our state of mind somehow and achieving coherent heart rhythms will do that every time. Focusing on positive feelings such appreciation, love, and care will bring heart rhythms into coherence which in turn relieves stress.

If you feel you don't receive enough appreciation give it to yourself by keeping a gratitude journal to remind yourself every day of how much abundance you receive, whether that be in the form of material things, emotional support or wonderful surprises.

If you feel you don't experience enough love, you can list all the things you love about yourself, give someone a hug or be with your pet.

If you feel you don't receive enough care give of yourself to others who need it, by volunteering your time or donating to a worthy cause.
