How to Develop Intuition to Relieve Stress
Everyone has intuitive experiences. These are those profound knowings that come to your awareness, sometimes subtly and sometimes they hit you like a tonne of bricks. These intuitive nudges (or shoves) are really important insights from your expanded awareness, which is not always readily available when you are in stress. In fact our awareness contracts under stress so that our intuition is all but locked out. Developing intuition can help us to ultimately avoid stress because we are so attuned to our own best interests and we are more able to see more of the bigger picture which puts things into perspective so that challenges seem smaller and more manageable. Try buying yourself a pack of insight cards, and using the instructions that usually come with the decks you can teach yourself to do intuitive readings for yourself. Play around with them whenever you have a question or need to make a decision. You really already have all the answers available to you and the use of a tool like this is an easy and fun place to start.
