Meditation to Relieve Stress

Meditation is a way of taking a break from the world and reconnecting with who we really are. Sleep is another and while many people find that when under stress they are unable to sleep meditation can be a kind of substitute and can also induce a good night's sleep.

Have you ever experienced what athletes call being "in the zone"? This is where everything seems to flow and there's almost a surreal feeling, where everything is right in the world and no matter what happens it will be perfect.
